After my PhD I moved to Dundee, to study how all the proteins that protect the DNA are behaving while DNA is replicated in cancer cells.

My Typical Day:
Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day!! After having my fruit, white coffee and toasts I get to work at 8:30 am. There, I do my experiments and meetings with my colleagues or my boss. I have lunch at work and the afternoon is full of experiments. I go to the gym after work and arriving home around 7:3o to have dinner.

My latest work:
DNA replication is an essential process for the division of the cells. When we think about DNA replication, a double helix being duplicated comes to our minds. We always forget about the replication of the whole set of proteins that interacts with the DNA molecule. They have to be duplicated, too, and preserved in the same position they occupied in the mother DNA molecule. My current project is the study of how these proteins are conserved along the cell cycles.
